Translation of Liset's letter

Dear Sponsors:

Greetings in the name of God,

I am wishing that you are in good health as well as your entire family. I live gratefully with God in giving me the opportunity to have some great sponsors. I want to tell you that I have successfully completed my fifth grade thanks to the help you kindly gave me.
My school year was a little difficult since I worried a lot about mathematics. I did well with the rest of the material. I liked teaching this school year. Of this school year, I like the educational output. At the end of church, we went to Bogota. Sunday school children then went to the Biblical Society and I bought my Bible. It is very pretty and I use it a lot and I read and listen a lot because of I am asking God for your good health.

I help out at the church on Sundays and on special days. When there is Sunday school on Sundays, I learn a lot about God.

My mom continues to work on her job to give us the best. She says that I am very privileged for having you. Although I don’t know you, you have me in your hearts just the same.

Christmas is very soon and I don’t know if you will get this letter before the 24th. But I give you a hug and a big kiss, wishing you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year filled with happiness and love from the church forever. We are celebrating Christmas with a program. Some children will sing songs dedicated to God. Also, some little children will do a play. At the end of Christmas Eve, we are still very happy to the children who do not give gifts because we know that they are giving love.

I wish that one day that I would be like you and that God permits me to study with great effort to finish school and help low-income children because that is very beautiful and builds a foundation for the animals and people on the street. Thank you for giving me this help. I promise to study each year to make you proud of me. May God bless you today and always.

Thank you,

Kisses,

I love you very much,

Liset Aurora

Merry Christmas!
