In our sixth year of operations, we’ve raised $426,000 to date. While maintaining our 100% volunteer philosophy, our network now extends to 53 active partners in 30 countries. With now over 16,000 donors, 18 chapters, and over 200 volunteers globally, we continue our work with conviction that small dollars and small hours aggregate into a powerful force for change.

In our five years of operations ended 9/30/2013, we have raised approximately $381,000 to support over 3,677 students in 28 different countries through 48 grassroots partners. Our organization has 8,600+ supporters on Facebook, Linked-in, and Twitter, 7,000+ registered donors, 19 chapters started at universities, high schools, and various cities, 35 core team members and over 100+ volunteers globally. This year, we were very excited to be featured in Forbes Magazine (30 under 30 in Education), and by the Philadelphia 76ers as an innovative non-profit in the community.

As of September 30, 2012, Givology has raised approximately $310,000 to support over 3,130 students in 26 different countries through 48 grassroots partners. Our organization has 6,000+ supporters on Facebook, Linked-in, and Twitter, 3,300+ registered donors, 16 chapters started at universities, high schools, and various cities, 30 core team members and 90 volunteers globally. Highlights of the year included: launching a newly re-designed Givology 3.0 website, raising awareness for our cause through our “Education Gives” campaign, receiving the 2012 Great Non-Profits “Top Rated Non-Profit” Award, growing our membership base and partnership network organically, and publishing our book “A Guide to Giving” (available on Amazon).

In our three years of operations, Givology has raised approximately $220,000 to support over 2,875 students in 23 different countries through 44 grassroots partners. Our organization has 6,000+ supporters on Facebook, Linked-in, and Twitter, 2,440+ registered donors, 11 chapters started at universities, high schools, and various cities, 30 core team members and 90 volunteers globally. We received the Intelius Award for “Best Student-Run Social Enterprise”, were rated a “Top Education Non-profit” by GreatNonprofits, won a significant Google Grant Award, in addition to being recognized by the Kairos Society as an innovative entrepreneurial venture. As we formed new connections through social media, we were extremely pleased to be featured in Nicholas Kristof’s inspiring book Half the Sky, Vivanista, Knowledge@Wharton, Philadelphia Inquirer, MTVAct, among other print and media sources.

We are pleased to announce that in two years of operations, we have raised approximately $111,707 to support over 2,635 students in 19 different countries through 30 grassroots partners. Our organization has 4,000+ supporters on Facebook, Linked-in, and Twitter, 1,400+ registered donors, 12 chapters started at universities, high schools, and various cities, 30 core team members and 90 volunteers globally. Notably, we received the Intelius Award for “Best Student-Run Social Enterprise”, received a “Top Education Non-profit” rating from GreatNonprofits, and won a significant Google Grant Award, in addition to being selected once again as one of the “Top 100 Student-Run Enterprises in the United States” by the Kairos Society for Entrepreneurship. As we formed new connections through social media, we were extremely pleased to be featured in Nicholas Kristof’s inspiring book Half the Sky, Vivanista, New York Times, among other print and media sources.

As of September 28, 2009, exactly one year since the launch of our website, Givology has raised $41,638 in online donations and fundraisers, partnered with 20 grassroots organizations in 9 countries, started 12 chapters worldwide, registered 539 donors, and have over 3,000 supporters in our networks on Facebook, Linked-in, and Twitter.
