  • What $5 Means.

“Less than one percent of what the world spent every year on weapons was needed to put every child into school by the year 2000 and yet it didn’t happen.” (GlobalIssues.org) Dear Givology community, Hello! Allow me to introduce myself as Grace Zhang, a random girl in Bentonville, Arkansas. I just graduated from Bentonville High School this past May, and when August rolls around, I’ll renew my pursuit of academic enlightenment at Yale University. "Sometimes, it’s just that one opportunity that you need to do something big." -- I absolutely love this line. It's very nice to meet you, Stephany, and I enjoyed reading your post. :) Like you, I'm an intern (I actually just started today) as well as an IB student. Based on what you've written here, it looks as if you're working in partnership formation, while I'm helping with marketing. As such, I'm not sure we'll ever cross paths. If we do, though, I look forward to meeting you! =) Best of luck, and thank you for writing this post! Grace Zhang
