Day 43 Student: Mwesigwa Benon

Until this year 12-year-old Mwesigwa lived with his family in a remote village in the northern part of Uganda. He came to Peace School six months ago. He had never been to school before. After his father died, Mrs. Oliver, who is a teacher at the School and was a friend of Mwesigwa's father, brought Mwesigwa to Peace School.

Mwesigwa's favorite subject is math, and he hopes to become a footballer and play for the national team.
