Jacques lives with his grand mother. His mother died while giving birth to him in 1996. He grew up with his father that is now suffering of mental illness and cannot take care of his needs and school fees. His grand mother has been taking care of paying his tuition until now, but due to financial hardship she becomes unable to pay for the new school year.
